The Company
Since the 1980's, International Casino Monitoring have worked for hundreds of Casinos and Governments in more than fifty countries. ICM now mainly concentrate on "Turnarounds", taking casinos that are not fully exploiting their potential and developing them cost effectively to reach dramatic new levels of profitability. The company has vast experience in the acquisition and development of new and existing casinos. Successful projects include Managing the opening of the 72 table 600 machine Buenos Aires Casino in 58 days from award of license and the development of an International Casino Division for single country based Casino Operator which required the turnaround of existing casinos and the rapid development of many more. Other work includes the Development of Management through training, mentoring and Business Planning. |
Executive - Mike Wallace
Mike Wallis joined the industry in London after leaving his job as Instructor at the Intelligence Center in 1977. He has spent more than 30 years in Gaming and Management. A speaker for fourteen years at the Annual Gaming and Wagering Exposition in Las Vegas, Mike has also given seminars and been a guest speaker at the major gaming exhibitions and meetings held in Nice - France, London - England, Milan - Italy, Atlantic City - U.S.A., Melbourne - Australia, Manila - Philippines, and Buenos Aires - Argentina. In between writing magazine articles and working on casino acquisition projects he has just finished one turnaround in Europe with the casino enjoying an increase of more than 40 Million Euros. |
