2 Day Introduction to Profit Management
Body Language
We have all seen the inborn gestures children use when lying, being reprimanded, or when they want to prevent any unpleasant message from entering their mind. These gestures become cleverly masked or disguised in adult life. However, they can still be seen if you understand the "hand to face" body language signals. The signals are strongest when lying, deceit, doubt, uncertainty or exaggeration is involved. We provide the keys to this universal language during this session.
Knowledge of this all important language will result in better customer and employee relations. In addition, a thorough understanding of body language is paramount to the successful identification of internal and external fraud. |
